Minka will be with us this Saturday, from this month Kimchi Club will be coming to our market on the second and fourth Saturday of every month.

More opportunities to talk to Minka about her fermented Kimchi and other products, and how they work to help your digestive system.

I shall shall miss catching up with Minka, another three day stay in hospital last week set me back, I’m really missing my Saturday morings at the market. The weather is looking like another cool morning.

The stone fruit Con and Harry Fresh Fruit are bringing to the market at the moment is just so tasty and juicy. I stand over the sink in the kitchen eating a nectarine, the juice just drips off my fingers. And so sweet.

A cool and breezy morning, plenty of great produce here. Healing Harvest Farm is back, so eggs again.

Francesco’s veg at Virgara’s Garden looks stunning as ever, that will go quickly.

Alex de Rosa will set up soon for music.

The Basket Range Baker will be back, good to see Jess and her beautiful sourdough bread, croissants and Morning Buns again. I’ve missed the Morning Buns.

Second Saturday of the month, so Shawn from Kangaroo Island Living Honey will be with us.

Missing are Anna’s Homestyle Baking, Chocolique and Unique Cheeses.

Matt let me know yesterday that last Saturday’s storm has played havoc with their strawberries, which were coming on so well.

So Gina’s Kitchen & Field Berries will have very few available for sale tomorrow. This crazy weather is not being kind to our producers.

Gina’s Kitchen & Field Berries has Gina back, so all that yummy baking, as well as their great range of apples and veg 

And Anna’s Homestyle Baking will be back too, so Almond crescents, Face cookies, Melting Moments etc, she has a great gluten free and vegan range as well as the naughty things 

Still no Con and Harry Fresh Fruit, we do send Harry our best wishes, and hope he’s on the mend very soon.
