Jazz from Mrs Clucks may be hopping about this beautiful morning at the market!

Mrs Clucks, Chocolique and Calico Cakes all have Easter goodness going on.
Our other Stallholders are stocked up and ready to go.
8.00am to 12.30pm, see you soon.

Hard to pick a photo for tomorrow’s market. Chocolate obviously, so I thought I’d be all encompassingly happy with flowers
Chocolique will be there of course , it’s looking like it could be warm, so get in early in case they have to leave early
Our other Stallholders will be H Kouzina Mas, Gina’s Kitchen & Field Berries, Con and Harry Fresh Fruit, Virgara’s Garden, Calico Cakes, Jelly. Port Elliot incorporating Fleurieu Milk Company products, VICTORFISH, Anna’s Homestyle Baking, Garden candy, Studio Goolwa, Hey Bagels and Mrs Clucks with their Bacon and Egg BBQ breakfast.
Our musicians are Jessi Jasmine & Luke Music.
8.00am till 12.30pm, looking like a very good market.

Slightly confused this morning, no Chocolique, and Shawn from Kangaroo Island Living Honey has arrived a week early.
I’ve gone for a semi golden theme with photos.
Colourful carrots from Virgara’s Garden, beautiful Baklava from H Kouzina Mas, succulent sweet potatoes from Jelly.Port Elliot and bountiful brown onions from Gina’s Kitchen & Field Berries.
Hey Bagels are looking good, Con and Harry Fresh Fruit are here, Ashley at Mrs Clucks has the BBQ going, VICTORFISH has your fish for Good Friday.
Beautiful morning, 8.00 am till 12.30pm.

At last Saturday’s market the VHFM Committee presented Jess Stevens, Deputy Chair of the Fleurieu Community Foundation with a donation of $5,000.
The Foundation does excellent work in our community and our committee voted again, having donated the same amount last year, to donate to them this year.
In his speech about the donation, Market Chair, Neil Hosking said “All the committee members are volunteers, from the community and stallholders, who give their time to make sure the market runs smoothly.”
“Since it has been run by volunteers, over the last four years, the market has given back to the community more than $30,000, representing 85% of membership fees.”

It sure has snuck up on me, but yes, next weekend is Easter!
So a visit to Chocolique tomorrow could be pretty important!
In very good news Con and Harry Fresh Fruit will be back with us tomorrow.
In not quite so good news, for us anyway, both Calico Cakes and Anna’s Homestyle Baking have tomorrow off.
Hey Bagels will be back again, Kate sold out by 10.00am last week, so get in early
Our other Stallholders will be Gina’s Kitchen & Field Berries, Virgara’s Garden, H Kouzina Mas, Jelly. Port Elliot incorporating Fleurieu Milk Company products, VICTORFISH, Garden candy and Mrs Clucks with those great free range eggs, and our hot breakfast egg and bacon roll
Tomorrow we have the South Coast Choral and Arts Society with us from mid morning.
The weather looks good, 8.00am till 12.30pm, expecting a particularly good morning.
Faces of the Market …
Mary, long time member, with strawberries and raspberries from Gina’s Kitchen!

Our Market is a not for profit organization.
We donate money each year, normally to local charities.
This year the Committee wanted to do something to help the farmers so badly affected by the floods in the Northern Rivers area in NSW.
We donated $2,000 to Blazeaid, knowing that they do such wonderful work helping farmers with clearing and Re fencing.
