She has, as you can see, a pudding to suit everyone, so work out which one you want and come and put your order in soon. And then you’ll be enticed by all her other delectable goodies!

It’s a lovely morning down here at the market, coffee is hot, fresh sourdough bread at the Basket Range Baker, sourdough Bagels at Hey Bagels.

Normally Minka, Kimchi Club would be with us next week, the fourth Saturday of the month, but this month she’ll be with us on Saturday.

I must remember to buy my favourite fermented Horseradish Almonds!

Look at these stunning arrangements of Proteas, Leucospermums and Leucodendons that Courtney from Jelly; Port Elliot has put together for tomorrow’s market. Picked fresh from her family’s farm near Mount Compass, they’ll be for sale for the bargain price of $15 a bunch. So pick one up when you are there getting your coffee, mushrooms, broccolini, Fleurieu Milk Company products, and all their other goodies.

With us tomorrow, as it’s the second week of the month, will be Shawn from Kangaroo Island Living Honey, so time to stock up on his great products.

What a morning here at the market! No wind, a tiny bit chilly, perfect!

Health by Flora have these Nourish bowls for you this morning, along with rest of their fantastic range of fermented foods to help you get your gut flora balanced. I’m a bit partial to the Dill and Garlic Cashew Cheese.

Basket Range Baker is here, that sourdough bread does sell quickly, so get in there!
